Cancellation policy

PRE-ORDERS, DEPOSITS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

1. Pre-Orders & Deposits:

When placing a pre-order, you commit to completing the purchase. Any deposit paid is deducted from your final total. Remaining pre-order balances must be paid within 48 hours of receiving notification that your item is ready. Failure to complete payment within 48 hours will result in order cancellation, releasing the item for resale, and retention of the deposit to cover direct sourcing, administrative, and inventory costs incurred on your behalf.

2. Pre-Order Cancellations:

If you change your mind or cancel a pre-order after HerEdits has sourced, ordered, or reserved the item at your request, your deposit is non-refundable as permitted by UK law to cover unrecoverable sourcing expenses.

3. Digital Products (EmpowHer™ Guides):

Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, by completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to download a digital file, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel or request a refund once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
