You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on the courier and service selected at checkout.

Tracking details will be provided where available.

We work with a range of trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as orders cannot be amended once placed.

If you opt for click and collect, ensure you email the preferred location you would like to receive your items, those that do not complete this within 24 hours, your chosen location will be selected on your behalf by HerEdits. This will be the closet to the postal code used at checkout.


Once dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Any claims regarding non-receipt must be raised directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.

We may assist where possible, however we are not liable for parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

FREE SHIPPING

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £50 excluding items within The Sale Edit and Live Claims collections.

ORDER POLICY

We are unable to reserve items without payment.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
